Return Period: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. A photo of the unopened product is required before starting the return process.
Conditions for Returns: Unopened products must be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
Return Process: Contact info@boleru.be to request a return. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For defective or damaged products, please contact us before returning.

Refunds: After receipt, inspection, and confirmation that the returned product is unopened, a full refund can be processed via the original payment method. Contact us after returning for tracking information. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
Note: It is recommended to use a Track & Trace service for returns, as all transportation risks are the responsibility of the sender. In case of package loss, contact the post office for a claim.
